Kaylie Lewell Baker’s Biography: After graduating as a doctor of medicine in New Zealand in 2004 I saw first hand the effects that lifestyle had, not only on long term health but also on quality of life. Throughout my decade of medical practice I continued to teach myself about nutrition, the effects of lifestyle on disease, sports, and exercise science. I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine from the University of Auckland and fellowed in Urgent Care Medicine. In 2018 I moved to Pittsburgh with my family and decided to focus on my passion for helping people find the motivation to take control of their own health. I became a Mayo Clinic trained health and wellness coach. I now practice as a health and nutrition coach helping individuals reach their health, wellness, and weight loss goals and providing free education to the local and online community on topics around health, stress management, exercise, and nutrition.
