Assignment Alert Form:
In order to better serve the students in the Moon Area School District, the library would like to ask teachers to submit Assignment Alert Forms.
This form is a simple way to let the library staff know about upcoming assignments so that we can get ready to help students when they visit the library. By knowing assignment information even a few days in advance, our staff can reserve books on a subject, develop helpful bibliographies, and be fully prepared to lend a hand!
Simply fill out the form below and click on the "Submit Form" button to email your input to Moon Library.
Note: Other methods you may use to submit assignment information include:
